SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

For all orders delivered to an Australian address, we guarantee your order will be sent out the next business day if ordered before 6pm.

 

Yveselle offers the following shipping options:

Standard Post: FREE, sent via Australia Post. Your order will arrive to you/your recipient between 3-5 business days.

Express Post: $15, sent via Australia Post. Your order will arrive to you/your recipient between 1-2 business days if ordered before 2pm. For complete network details please click here.

 

Yveselle ships out orders Monday to Friday. All gift boxes delivered to an Australian address will be sent via Australia Post. The purchaser will receive a tracking number, please use this number to track your parcels movements via the Australia Post website here.

 

* Please note: Orders returned to Yveselle due to incorrect address, or failure to collect from Australia Post Outlet, will incur a 

re-delivery fee.

** Please note: We cannot send to PO Boxes. 

 

International orders:

If you would like to send one of our beautiful gift boxes overseas please contact us at hello@yveselle.com.au and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

 

Late Deliveries:

We pride ourselves on ensuring your gift box arrives quickly and efficiently and will always endeavour to deliver your gift box as close to your preferred delivery date as possible. However in the rare case that your order is not delivered on your preferred delivery date or within our stipulated delivery time frames, we are unable to cancel your order or refund your transaction. If a delay does occur, it is often during transit which is unfortunately outside of our control.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not offer returns or exchanges so please be mindful of this when placing your order.

We take pride in thoroughly checking and packing our gift boxes with the utmost care and make sure that everything inside is in great condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods at hello@yveselle.com.au, and supply your invoice number, a description of the damaged item and photo as well as your contact details. Once this information is received we will review and contact you.

If a product is unavailable at the time of shipping we will activate a refund for that item or swap it for something else if you wish. If this is the case we will make contact with the purchaser ASAP.

PAYMENT POLICY

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST. You must pay the order amount at the time of submitting the order. Yveselle accepts Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments. While we endeavour to keep pricing current at all times, pricing may be subject to change without notice.
