CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GIFT?
Absolutely. Simply email us at hello@yveselle.com.au and let us know what you have in mind.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A GIFT BOX NOW FOR A LATER DATE?
Well aren't you organised (go you!), you definitely can. Send us an email at hello@yveselle.com.au along with your order number and your desired delivery window and we’ll have your gift box delivered when you request.

CAN YOU SEND MY GIFT BOX DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?

Of course. Just put their address in the shipping address details when you check out which should be different to your billing address.

I AM SENDING MY GIFT BOX DIRECT. I DON’T WANT A RECEIPT OR ANY PRICES IN THE DELIVERY. 
We never include receipts or inventory / packing slips inside any of our boxes, knowing that they are almost always a gift. Instead, they will be emailed to you.

WHAT DOES THE YVESELLE PACKAGING INCLUDE?

Yveselle takes great pride in our premium packaging, and we believe this is all part of our gifting experience. Gift box contents are sent in recyclable cardboard gift boxes, printed with our logo. Inside the box you will find tissue paper sealed over the gift box contents with a beautiful Yveselle sticker. A note for the recipient will be hand written on one of our complimentary gift cards, therefore if you wish for a note to be included in your purchase, required details must be written in the 'Add Note' section during checkout.

CAN I ADD A PERSONALISED NOTE?
Who doesn’t like getting a handwritten note?! Each Yveselle gift includes a handwritten note (if you wish). Simply provide us with your message at checkout and we’ll handle the rest.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard Post is free Australia wide (yay!). You can however select Express Post at the checkout, which is $15 Australia wide. 
If you’ve selected two gifts for two different recipients, each will be processed as it’s own order and delivered as such too.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Most orders will take around 3 – 5 days to be received via Standard Post. If your order is urgent, we suggest you opt for Express Post which is available at an additional charge at the checkout.
